I actually copied one of your BLN2 packets over RF.  Looks pretty 
strange with only the middle line!

I run APRSIS32 (KJ4ERJ-1) bluetooth-serial linked to a TT4 (KJ4ERJ-7) 
tied to an Icom T22A HT driving a copper cactus about 20' above ground.

APRSIS32 uses http://OpenStreetMap.org maps, so I've never needed to 
make my own.

The best thing about OpenStreetMaps if that if you see an area that is 
wrong or incomplete, you can fix it yourself and the results are 
available for everyone.
