[aprssig] A question ref APRS+SA AND D-700

APRSplus works perfectly with the D700, but you have to select the 
special "MODE7" setting in the Mode pulldown in the "Port1 TNC" area of 
the "Settings, Main" screen.   This tells APRSplus to ignore the 
settings in the second box for "Port 2 GPS" and to expect both TNC and 
GPS data on Port 1.
