[aprssig] www.aprsworld.net server move

Hi folks -

Jarvis Computer Software's web server which hosts the www.aprsworld.net 
website is currently being moved to a new data center (Telehouse in NYC). It 
should be back online early tomorrow morning sometime.

I've changed www.aprsworld.net to point to db.aprsworld.net temporarily. The 
database and all the maps are not effected by this down time.
