Fellow SIG members,

Thanks to the efforts of Ralph Wallio W0RPK, there are two ways
to get a comprehensive list of upcoming amateur radio
high-altitude balloon launches:

E-mail list:

Whenever the web page is updated, a copy of the HTML page is send
to the Yahoo list.  The e-mail list is low-volume (<1 per day)
and is limited to launch announcements and related traffic.  If
you've tried the e-mail list before, I think you'll be happy with
the improved method of getting the word out on upcoming launches.

Most of these flights have APRS payloads and are gated to the
internet even if the APRS data is not on 144.39.
