[aprssig] West Texas Balloon Saturday

11:30.. I've been hearing the voice downlink on 446.000 for about 20 
minutes now (147.435 uplink).

It's now 54k feet up.. 5mi NE of airport in Wharton, TX. I'm in SW Houston, 
TX and hearing it on my HT/ rubber duck.

Packets are on 440.980, but due to some local interference I'm not hearing 
/ decoding the APRS packets.

It's unclear if anyone is gating this to Find-U or 144.39 or elsewhere.
