[aprssig] perl routines for parsing aprs?

I'm sure I've seen this answered before, but can't find it in my saved mail or 
the archives. Could someone possibly point me at perl code to parse the APRS 
packets returned by a server such as javAPRSSrvr? It would be particularly 
lovely if it decoded Mic-E and some of the other "alternate" formats, but I'll 
take whatever I can get. Thanks!
