Furthermore, I have revised the DIGI ID rates on: http://web.usna.navy.mil/~bruninga/aprs/digi-rates.txt to include what to do if you set up a LNKn-N digi. This lets you add a once-every-160minute LNK7-7 so that all digis along the length of the link report the integrity of the link every few hours. Again, the load of this is only 7 total copies along the link and is insignificant. It is actually fewer copies than a normal WIDE,WIDE in most areas. EVERY 10 minutes a local direct Posit Every 20 minutes a 1 hop Posit Every 40 minutes a 2 hop Posit Every 160 minutes a 3 hop posit or a LINK7-7 posit KPC-3+ settings: HID OFF BLT 1 EVERY 00:20:00 START 00:00:00 BLT 2 EVERY 00:40:00 START 00:10:00 BLT 3 EVERY 00:80:00 START 00:30:00 BLT 4 EVERY 02:40:00 START 00:70:00 LTP 1 APN383 LTP 2 APN383 VIA WIDE LTP 3 APN383 VIA WIDE2-2 LTP 4 APN383 VIA LINK7-7 if a link digi Lets get those Interstate digs converted over to LINKn-N and wake up some sleeping DIGI sysops who have not adjusted their DIGI's in years nor reacted to the WIDEn-N Epidemic that is flooding us... de Wb4APR, Bob
