[aprssig] javAPRS 2.6b02 Released, jFindu Updated

I have released javAPRS 2.6b02 (available in the javAPRS group file area
and at http://www.aprs-is.net/javaprs).  I have added a built in status
line.  This overcomes the circumstance where a number of browsers would
not display text on their status bar if the text is too long.  Only
station information is displayed on the applet status line; map loading
messages and error messages are still displayed in the browser status
bar.  This also keeps station information from disappearing when you go
to another map or window.

The jFindu map maker was not properly closing connections.  It is now.
