No, they are up to date as of this morning. My mention of 23 months was to say
that I first did this as a favor to Bob January 2003, and at that time, I
certainly hope I warned him of the problems with the data and the need to assess
each digis VHF count manually. When he asked again yesterday, I did not remind
him of the problems with the data, so when he presented the data as being more
meaningful than it was, it was my fault, because he had not been warned of the
problems with the data for a couple years.
