The new APRS872 tweaks:

1) Brings all SYMBOLS up to date 

2) The MAPS-PLOTS-USERS now shows the same kind of
    numbered circles to show the number of hops a station
    is using as MAPS-PLOTS-HOPS does for the digis.

3) Updated README's of DIGIS.TXT and PATHS.txt
    to the new n-N paradigm.

Presumably most users will use the APRSMAX version most
of the time.  Now distribution comes with an APRS.BAT and
APRSMAX.BAT file to always load the latest one...
