[aprssig] finding hops to igate in an area

This feature will allow you see how many hops stations took before reaching 
the internet. You search by area using either a local station, US city name, 
or US zip code.

Here is an example for Winona, MN:
http://db.aprsworld.net/datamart/igate-hops/hops-switch.php?name=winona%2C+mn&circle=50&hours=24

It's obviously still a work in progress, so be sure to send me any thoughts 
you may have.

PS - I checked most of the mapping code for maps.aprsworld.net and 
geo.aprsworld.net into the aprsworld CVS on SourceForge this morning. It 
should show up on the anonymous CVS servers by tomorrow.
