The other problem you're going to run into with conventional packet, and
for that matter ANY 'messaging' system that doesn't look like Outlook, is
that Joe or Susie Shelter Manager is NOT likely to be trained or inclined
TO BE trained on something as arcane as a packet BBS.


With WinLink, you CAN use Outlook...if you want!  And the program Airmail is 
so very much like Outlook, anyone can use it with a very minimal spot 
training.   I use Airmail.....it's simple and to the point.
