Bob's NetGate idea has some merit.  Simpler to setup and use then
what we have now.  But fully integrated with Internet tools.   A merge
of the APRS-IS concepts and existing TCP/IP and Legacy AX25 technology.

This definitely is worth some more thought and discussion...
