WinLink already creates APRS objects for Telpac nodes.  The object name
is the gridsquare (XX11YY) of the WinLink station.  The object text
contains the call-ssid, frequency, and bps.  These objects can be gated
to RF from FireNet.

For those sysops running javAPRSSrvr, you can set up a hubs connection
to the firenet.us read-only connection with a filter for only the
gridsquare(s) that you want to gate.  Leaves you with your upstream hub
connection rotatable while gleaning a low bandwidth connection from
FireNet.  These objects are updated every 30 minutes so they are very
low bandwidth when gated to RF.
