You are not the owner of this packet.  What this is showing is your Telpac 
Node.  Apparently you registered as having a Telpac Node and you are on the 
WinLink list as being active TelPac Node.  If this is not the case, only you 
can remove yourself from the WinLink list or on of the webmasters for that 
site.
