  Yes, I entered my name and email address in the form presented off the
'user list' link on www.xastir.org, but I never got a subscription
confirmation, nor saw any list traffic.
  The 'user list' link points to the virginia.edu server, which is
apparently now down.  I'll try it again when I see that link pointing to
the new server.
