Xastir CVS had it fixed as of a week or two ago (the day you first
brought it up).  It had been set properly for some TNC's, but not
all.  It will self-correct as people upgrade, the next stable
release should be in a week or two.  People that want the fix now
can use the Xastir CVS version.
