oops, you are right there also!  What I was suggesting was
to go with what the Europeans had decided. so that
at least everyone else everywhere is on the same tone.
Then if we in the USA ever decide to change from 100 Hz,
then everywhere would be just one time.  Maybe the 
Europeans chose 136 Hz?  I dont remember.
