[aprssig] delay program

Hi All

A while back there was some discussion on delaying start up programs used 
by AGW so tha the packet engine would be fully loaded before the rest of 
programs were run.
Well I thought i would never need anything like that so never saved.  Now I 
do since i am trying to run agw paclink telpak and ui-view or xastir all 
from agw.   So any help would be appreciated..
