My original idea was perhaps not communicated clearly. It seems there are a 
few "bad path" people that cannot be located or will not listen to advice. I 
wasn't thinking of coding anything, I was thinking someone would replace 
their FINDU position with BAD PATH and then their wives or whomever tracks 
them would apply some motivation to fix the problem :) There seem to be too 
many vairaibles to do this programaticly.
