We now have 21 Tier 2 servers serving the APRS community.  Our newest 
addition is netherlands.aprs2.net (APRSNED).  There is plenty of 
bandwidth at this site, and the server offers the 14580 filter port as 
well as a few custom European feed ports.  Check 
http://netherlands.aprs2.net:14501 for more information.
