New APRS871 adds:
* Aloha Circle to the maps
* MAPS-PLOTS-HOPS shows hops to all areas
* ALIASES function can map calls to off-air-aliases (MARS)

The new APRSdos overlays a yellow ALOHA circle that
always shows the user his effective communications range.
The circle is re-computed periodically based on actual on-air
traffic.

Further to assist the user to see how few hops it takes to
cover his effective area, the MAPS-PLOTS-HOPS command
displays the number of hops from each digi to you in a 
brightly colored circle proportional to the PHG range of each 
digi.
