[aprssig] Deluo GPS connector

Only three wire necessary for operation.  Ground, the black wire, +5 volt
battery, the red wire and GPS TX, the green wire.

Still looking for the Deluo pinout?  Don't have it here in front of me, but
I could find it, or reverse-engineer the cable I made to fit mine.

A Deluo-friendly design would be welcome.
