[aprssig] Emergency Beacon from KF4OTN-14

I made an opps earlier today.  I thought I had setup my D700 with a status of 'TEST' before I hit the "Emergency" status but it appears it didn't send the "TEST" part. 
 
Thanks for KD4JZZ, N8JE, and KD4RDB for responding within SECONDS!  I wonder how they were alerted...  Which was my original thought...  Does that email list still work for emergency beacons heard?  I didn't get a message this time.
