Hmmm, I didn't realize the graphs were only available if you were signed up for
the email service. I'll have to get with Philip about this and see what sort of
solution we can arrive at. If he can send a list regularly with those signed up
I can show the link, otherwise a link to where to sign-up, or perhaps he can
change the page to show a link if the page is requested for someone not signed
up...
