[aprssig] Bad packet ? APRS dos chokes

Lately I 've been having my APRSDos 24/7 WX station off the air for hours or 
days (it's at my workplace, and if it happens on Friday night I won't fix it 
until I come in on Monday morning)

I'm running 824 and I get an ERROR 6 and the program halts all operation 
until I "hit ENTER to resume or Q to Quit?"

The "offending" packet displayed appears to be from KA1GJU-3 and (at least 
this last time) is...
