[aprssig] Garmin II+ GPS question

I have been using the Garmin II+ in my mobile APRS station (WA1LOU-8) forever. Last week, for some unknown reason, the GPS stopped displaying breadcrumbs on the Map page. It still displays my current position on the Map page with the diamond icon, but no breadcrumbs indicating my traveled path. I cannot find any option to toggle breadcrumbs on/off (I even looked in the manual) and wonder if anyone has a clue.
