I'm glad you asked. =] My chart is at http://n1vg.net/trackers.php. Still missing some inputs, though. My own OpenTracker (http://n1vg.net/opentracker) would probably do it, though you'd need to fudge the GPS/laptop connection a bit to share the port - or at the very least, make sure the GPS is turned off when you're programming the tracker. The TinyTrak should be the same in that respect. Both support SmartBeaconing. Most of the time there's a distinct difference in battery voltage when the alternator's running, and with the OpenTracker you can switch profiles based on a voltage threshold, so that can be used to switch beacon rates.
