[aprssig] aprsd doesn't work with Fedora?

I've had no problem at all running aprsd 2.2.5-14 on FC2. Downloaded
source from sourceforge.net - followed instructions in readme and voila.
I *did* have some problems with 2.2.5-15 - but haven't revisited it to
see if that was anything other than the code. Likely should try it
again, soon.

Of course, I did have problems just copying the binaries from RH9 to FC2
- - but, that's to be expected.
