There has been discussion of this several times. The real problem is compliance
with rules. In the US, if a message comes from a non-ham, the station which
first transmits the message is liable for the content of the message. 

Technically, it is easy to create this interface, but without some sort of
message content validation, it places the licenses of every US ham operating an
IGate in jeopardy...
