[aprssig] Weather logger format

I've had a couple of requests for the 1-wire weather version of the
OpenTracker firmware to output weather data in a standard format to the
(otherwise unused) serial port, to support logging on a PC or separate box.
I know the uWeather does something similar, but I'm not sure of the exact
format.  What would be the most common, basic format to use for this sort of
thing?
