[aprssig] WINAPRS 2.51 &2.72

I just downloaded both version just to see if there was a problem.  I did
not encounter any problems.  I did had to download the 2.5.1 version three
times till I got it right.

Don't know what your problem might be.  I have cable feed for my ISP.

http://www.winaprs.org/ and they both tell me that "The compress (zipped)
folders is invalid or corrupted," any suggestions?
