many people are not aware of the UiView reflector, that is the reason I also choose to post here also.
 
Recently TAPR awarded Roger Barker G4IDE sk a lifetime award shortly before he passed away for his work on APRS...he is the author of Uiview32.
 
I think all of the above qualify these posts to THIS reflector
