Per Jason Winningham's suggestions I've implemented:

    * http://map.aprsworld.net/callsign-ssid
    * http://wx.aprsworld.net/callsign-ssid

So to see my weather station you could go to:
http://wx.aprsworld.net/kb0thn-2 
instead of:
http://db.aprsworld.net/datamart/weather-list.php?maps=yes&call=kb0thn-2

Nothing too original, but will hopefully save you some typing.
