[aprssig] TM-D700 Initial setup

I am a new TM-D700 owner. I want to set it up for APRS and I would like to
have some reasonable smart settings.

Has someone put together a step-by-step setup instructions for an initial
setup of the D700? I was thinking that I had seen one before among Bob
Bruninga's pages, but I can't find it now.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
