I was just looking over my server logs and discovered my tracker
capabilities page gets a lot more hits than I thought.

It's got a lot of missing data, though - if you can fill in any of the
blanks, please email me off-list and I'll update it.  Also, if there are any
fields you'd like to see added, let me know.
