Digis that use the UIFLOOD setting with NOID (which should be ALL of them)
will repeat packets without inserting their callsign.  This means they
should ID every 10 minutes.  These 10 minute IDs should use NO path.  The
usual half hour position and status beacons can still go out via a couple
hops.
