[aprssig] Buoy and Ship data - IVAN

Just a short note about the weather data you can see on FireNet in regards 
to IVAN.  May be a helpful picture for the coastal areas in the path of 
IVAN.

Connect to one of two servers:

firenet.us
or
clspco.firenet.us

filtered port 14580

and add    p/buo/shi/met

to your filter.  You'll soon see Ships and Buoys  and Metars worldwide. 
They are showing great circulation surrounding IVAN.

You can also connect to a full feed port such as 10152 and see everything!
