[aprssig] Ports in APRS+SA

OK.. I want to connect to a port

14578  on fourth.aprs.net

So in the settings, internet, server I put this:

fourth.aprs.net:14578

This should yield stations witin 750 KM of College Station, TX or 
basically, just Texas. Instead I get the whole country.

Gerry has checked and the port is outputing the correct (Texas only) stuff.

So it must be I need to do a "trick" to get APRS+SA to connect to this port 
correctly.. ??? Comments?
