[aprssig] Balloon on air! Need DF

Ballooon launched from Wallops ISL VA on 147.45
has tones and voice no APRS.  I have beam heading
of 120 from 39.0N 76.5W

Balloon TX's on 15 sec on/off cycle or so.
If you have beam heading simply post it on APRS
so we can see it.

Time is 2145z but balloon has been up for 3 hours?
so may not be up much longer.  Seeing Temps rise.
Watch tones on digipan or PSK31` software.
