[aprssig] HTX-202 help?

I'd think if it hears the Weather broadcast on 162.550 MHz, then it should
hear the packets on 144.390 MHz with the same settings, except frequency.  I
have a couple of these good ol' radios, and use them for portable
stand-alone trackers.
