[aprssig] UI-View info and question question about path

I had wondered where that default of RELAY,WIDE3-3 was coming from on
Ui-View stations. I can't see why people would follow this in an area
like the NorthEast where there are hundreds of stations literally
fighting to get into the network. Reports of broken stations and D700s
come in all the time, probably to blame is some yahoo WX station in
Central Mass is using RELAY,WIDE3-3 every 10 minutes hogging the
network from Utica to Bangor.

I would suggest <Directed>,WIDE for fixed and WIDE2-2 for mobiles in
our area. And we aren't nearly as heavily populated as Metro areas of
NY, MA, CT and NH. I don't know what the answer is for them, but I wish
they wouldn't clog our network hundreds of miles away with their
traffic.
