Good idea.
But WIDE1-1 would be digipeated by a FILL-IN digi if it
landed near one, so it would be more general.  The only
disadvantage is that it does bring up those home statiosn
acting as a FILL-IN digi.  It's a toss up.  But the area
overed by fill-in digis is so small, might not be worth
the slight nusance factor at those home stations.
