If DSC is 600 BPS I guess that explains why I can't decide it with a
PK-12. Is there any soundcard program that will? I still don't know if
a hamn radio 9600 BPS TNC would work with the AIS system. BTW, I have a
DSC radio and it works fairly well, but voice range does exceed data
range by a fair amount.
