> What is this? And what can we do with it? It's a perl script that will connect to an APRS-IS server (with my callsign - please change it if you use it!) and pull apart the reported packets. The basic framework has been around for a while, but it didn't interpret MIC-E and the various $GP sentences. Now it does. You can use it to watch packets go by (not terribly interesting, but sometimes fun) or you can use it as the basis of your own program. 73 de chris KG6VYD
