It's a perl script that will connect to an APRS-IS server (with my
callsign - please change it if you use it!) and pull apart the
reported packets. The basic framework has been around for a while,
but it didn't interpret MIC-E and the various $GP sentences.

Now it does.

You can use it to watch packets go by (not terribly interesting, but
sometimes fun) or you can use it as the basis of your own program.
