I found some freeware 'HTTRACK' from www.httrack.com which enabled me to download Bob's entire FIX14439 automatically, and apparently resolved all the absolute addresses, I might be able to host this, however if someone is more willing than I to do so please step up. The entire web site (that part of it from FIX14439 and down) is about 1 MB when compressed.
