[aprssig] New n-N DIGI settings update

Herb pointed out a small improvement in my web page
settings for the KPC-3+ DIGIS:

 LTP 1  APN383 
 LTP 2  APN383 
 LTP 3  APN383 VIA WIDE2-1 <== (was WIDE1-1)
 LTP 4  APN383 VIA WIDE2-2 

My page had said LTP 3 .... WIDE1-1, but Herb points 
out that this will also key up the FILL-IN WIDE1-1-only
digis and we dont want that.  So we changed it to the
above so that it is still one-hop using WIDE2-1.
