[aprssig] Setup for KPC3+ and WX

I'm new to APRS (not new to packet, but it's been a while since I worked
with it - about 20 years <G>).

I'm setting up an APRS digi at a remote site and I plan on having a Peet
Bros. WX station on it.

Can someone give me a list of recommended settings (a complete list, not
just those for the WX station interface) for the KPC3+, in this kind of
installation?
