[aprssig] Delorme Earthmate

I see 2 different Delorme Earthmates one with a detachable USB and Power/DB9 
connector and one hard wired USB.  Any one used these and which one works 
with a D7 or D700?  Can the Earthmate drive both the radio and Laptop?  Can 
the laptop also be used to minitor other traffic on 144.390 MHZ?  Tnx for 
your comments.
