I had also no luck with such configuration for the same time in all three
dupe checkings: 30 sec in UIDUPE, UIFLOOD and UITRACE

Manual for v9.0 is not updated, only way to know something about UIDUPE
and UISSID is using help command, ie ?, as:

OK, I just did a dump of my KPC3+  with DISP and everything appears to be
documented except:
 UIDUPE  and  UISSID

Those show up on the disp list but not in the manual.  Any idea on the
UISSID?
